I'm out random blog-hopping around the Bravenet Bloggiverse!
I landed here, stopped a while ... and thought I'd leave you a delicious banana!
The video camera that i have uses a USB cable so I can load video on to my PC. I am wondering if I can use that to do live streaming video like for a webcam or vlog. Does anyone know more about this than I do?
I feel so dumb these days between politics and computer junk
And I forgot to title my last entry too. The time is also set wrong in the blog entry mode but it is correct in my profile. What the heck?
I think I will eat some banana creme oreos for comfort.
So, Jason has been working on getting us our computers upgraded for a while now, like, since June
Part of my system is new speakers. That was cemented last night as I was sitting here web browsing and listening to Sarah McLaclan. Jason came to the kitchen to get more cold meds and commented that it sounded like my tunes were coming from four blocks away.
I'm trying to find some speakers, super soon, which have decent sound quality and a pleasing price tag. J suggested looking into Mako as we were eating dinner but based on the price he told me I think they'd be overkill. Never heard of them before so I am hoping for the chance to check out their site some time today. I just could change my mind especially if they have a good deal going at the Military Exchanges over here.
All I want is speakers which look nice (going with the black with blue lights set up) and give clear, realistic sound. Two channel is fine. I don't know what other features I'm looking for. Small footprint (need as much space for junk to live on my desk). I like the idea of no cords.
On another note, I'm going crazy here. I mentioned on Twitter that my browsers were acting strange. Today I'm thinking it is less a browser issue and more of a mouse issue? I have a wireless USB mouse (Logitech LX7) and every minute- yes EVERY minute- a strange thing happens. The window which I'm working in becomes deactivated. I was suspecting that my computer had a virus or something so a couple hours were spent yesterday firing off every system doctor program I have on this laptop. A couple things were found and eradicated but that didn't fix the problem with the deactivating windows. Perhaps resetting the mouse would fix it? Or new batteries? These ones have been in only a couple weeks but sometimes the solution is so simple it makes one sick. All I know is there is a ghost in my machine. DO NOT WANT.
Well, tiem to get on with the day. Catch ya later!
At the time my husband didn't have a return date for his deployment, only
Light consumption, but still. It started when hubby was away on a business trip.
